10 things you should never do while charging your smartphone

Today, more than one billion are using Android / IOS devices. Everyone finds a problem with the battery booster. A mobile operating system like Android consumes a lot of battery compared to others.

On average, the battery of our smartphone lasts approximately 7-8 hours. Long-term battery-life was always an important factor that buyers should consider before buying any phone.

However, there are few phone charges that you can implement in your daily life that can increase the battery-life of your device. Here, in this article, I will tell you 10 things you should never do while charging your smartphone. we will also share some tips on how to charge your smartphone and make your battery last longer.

1. All batteries have an expiration date.

10 things you should never do while charging your smartphone, things you should never do while charging your smartphone, should never do while charging your smartphone, things you should avoid while charging your smartphone,10 things you should never do with your smartphone in 2018,never do this while charging your smartphone, smartphone, charging, not to do when charging your smartphone

The same is true for smartphone battery too. However, the way you use your smartphone also helps a lot in deciding the battery life of your device.

Here, the loading habits, as well as the chargers you use, also play an important role. For example, if you let your phone charge during the night, it will surely damage the long-term health of the device. Similarly, the use of cheap chargers is dangerous both for your smartphone.

So, here are some tips on how to charge your smartphone and make your battery last longer.

2. Always charge your phone with its own charger.

Always charge your device with its own charger. Unlike laptops, smartphones use a universal charging interface in the micro USB port. However, if the charger you use does not match the original one, it will affect the performance of the battery and the device, the ability to store the charge and the overall life (if done repeatedly). Always make sure that the output voltage (V) and current (amps) of the replacement charger match the original adapter or is approved by the phone manufacturer.

3. Avoid cheap chargers from unknown manufacturers

Avoid cheap chargers from unknown manufacturers. They do not include any security mechanism to protect against fluctuations and overloads. The adapter failure could permanently damage the battery and the device.

4. Try removing the phone's protective case while charging

It is recommended that you remove the phone's protective cover while it is charging. It is natural for the device to warm up a bit, but the case can act as a barrier and slow down heat dissipation. If possible, turn the smartphone over and place it on a soft cloth to protect the screen.

5. The quick charger is not always the best option.

Always use a quick charger may not be the best for the health of the battery. This process involves a higher voltage that is sent to the phone, resulting in a rapid increase in temperature. Opt for a normal charge cycle, if your smartphone offers this option in the battery configuration. Alternatively, switch to an approved compatible regular charger.

In case your phone warms abnormally, press and hold the power button immediately for a few seconds until the screen turns off. Allow the device to return to room temperature before turning it on.

6. Never leave your phone charging during the night.

Do not let your device charge during the night. Overcharging is detrimental to the health of the battery.

7. Avoid using third-party battery applications

Avoid the use of third-party battery applications. Most of them negatively affect battery-life, as they run constantly in the background, aggressively turn off other applications; Some take control of the lock screen to load ads and even recommend applications that will further optimize your smartphone. Also, do not be fooled by the browser ads that lead you to install an application because your phone is "apparently" low on memory.

8. Try charging your smartphone's battery to at least 80%

Whenever charging, make sure your battery reaches at least 80% charge. It is not necessary to always fill to the maximum.

9. Avoid constant recharges.

Allow the battery to discharge approximately 20% before plugging it in. Constant and unnecessary recharging shortens battery life. On the other hand, avoid that the battery loses all the energy.

10. Buy energy banks that promise protection against voltage overload, short circuit, over-current and overload

To make a backup copy of your phone's battery, invest in power banks that promise protection against voltage overload, short circuit, over current, and overload. These features ensure that the battery lasts longer and also protect your phone's battery against overcharging and heating.

Avoid using a smartphone while connected to the power bank

How to Prevent Your Android Phone From Overheating

Is your phone overheating but it's all about you, or do you have running apps in the background that you do not know? Are you streaming a ton of videos? It is difficult to find out why your smartphone does more balls

Perhaps the device dries down when it's hot, or it may be closed until it is cold. Either way, it has to be stopped

Let's see why your smartphone goes up and how do you fix it

Causes of phone overheating

There are several, totally normal (and harmless) reasons why your smartphone may need more power than usual, which makes it a little hot. These include:

1. Play for long periods of time.

If you have not found yourself one hour away from the Candy Crush or Snake vs. Marathon Block, then you're lying or you've never had to take public transport in any way. The breadth of the mobile app games available is one of the main reasons to buy a smartphone. However, high-intensity gaming applications use the core processing of your smartphone  in addition to the graphics processing unit, which can heat up your smartphone .

2. Content transmission

As in the game scenario, watching YouTube or Netflix for hours through your Android or iPhone is another sure way to get an overworked processor in your Device, as you have to upload video data and keep the active screen for a prolonged period of time. hour.

3. Your configuration is not optimal

The configuration of your phone also affects the amount of energy you consume. Screen brightness in full explosion? Animated wallpaper? Widgets, widgets everywhere? Consider deactivating (or decreasing, in the case of screen brightness) unnecessary configurations to lighten the load on your phone's CPU.
Other reasons may not be related to the normal processes of your phone, but are still relatively easy to fix:

4. Environmental factors.

Prepare to blow your mind, but leaving your smartphone sitting in the sun or in your car on a hot day can cause it to overheat (* GASP *). This will also prevent the touch screen from working properly and will cause the battery to run out faster. In addition to exposure to the sun and heat, water damage can also be a possible cause of overheating the smartphone .

5. Application updates

If an application has an error or other problem, your smartphone may overheat due to excessive use of your device's processor. Keeping your applications updated is important because updates often include bug fixes.

6. Software updates

On rare occasions, a smartphone may overheat after an update, or because there was an error in the operating system that required a repair through the update.

How to solve Overheating problem

1. Avoid direct sunlight on your phone

While leaving it easily accessible may be better for you, it is terrible for your phone. Your phone captures the light and heat of the sun and retains it, warming the longer it stays in the sun. Avoid direct sunlight and heat is the easiest way to avoid overheating your phone.

2. Deleting unused or unnecessary applications on your phone

By allowing the applications you are not using to run in the background, the battery runs out and the heat in your phone increases. On an iPhone, for example, all you have to do is simply press the start button twice and swipe the applications. Closing them not only saves the battery, but it also reduces the resistance of the phone, which in turn decreases the heat.

3. Decrease Phone brightness

Do not raise your brightness, buy a dazzling screen. Just like when running applications in the background, increasing the brightness will force the battery to work more. Instead of increasing its brightness, buy a dazzling screen. You can use your phone in the sun no matter how bright it is.

4. Put your phone on airplane mode

This is simple, if you are not using your phone, put it in airplane mode or turn it off. Putting it in airplane mode will allow you to continue using basic functions in your phone, but that will be it. These two options make it easy to save the battery and prevent it from getting hot.

5. Remove the back cover

If your phone is already overheating, remove its case. If your phone is hot, your box catches the heat. Removing the case will allow the phone vents to do their job completely without being blocked. This will help your phone cool down faster.

6. Disconnect the Bluetooth.

Try to avoid using Bluetooth for long periods and make sure you have disconnected Bluetooth once you have finished using it. If your phone automatically connects to Bluetooth in your car, disconnect the automatic pairing, especially if you do not plan to talk on the phone or listen to a podcast that day.

7. Avoid using the phone while charging

Using the phone while charging not only cause the overheating problems it may also lead to many other phone problem too.

Additional suggestions to consider:

• Keep your applications updated. This may seem counterintuitive, but many application updates include bug fixes that can improve the efficiency of your Device.
• Separate your Devicefrom your other gadgets. Keeping the Device, tablet and computer stacked (worse, stacked in a bag!) Can help you keep track of your devices, but if an electronic device in operation is stacked on another electronic device in operation, it is more likely to overheat. Keep that separate and keep it fresh.
• Cut unnecessary applications. If your Devicecontinues to overheat, you may want to consider the number of unnecessary items on your Device, such as ringtones, games, backgrounds or applications you never use. Remove applications and functionality that you are not using to reduce the workload of your Device.
• If your Device is already hot, here is a little solution: Ventilate your Deviceor blow it. You may feel silly about your Device, but physics does not care. Just as ventilation keeps your body cool, a breeze can help cool your device when it's getting too toasty. Shake your hand or a sheet of paper to make a breeze, or even blow on the back of your Deviceto cool it down.
• Avoid abrupt changes in temperature. If you are really concerned about the temperature of your Device, you may be tempted to place it in the refrigerator or freezer, just for a minute or two. This is what experts in the field might call "a terrible idea." Expose your Deviceto extreme temperatures affects the components and also risk accumulating moisture, a safe way to break your device.

We know so much about smartphones. But there is still a component within him that remains somewhat mysterious. That is the battery. Why does it drain much faster sometimes? Why does it get so hot during charging? What is the proper duration of a battery in a phone? Is it a year or two? For consumers, it is difficult to get definitive answers to these questions because the battery performance in a phone depends on many factors, including the ambient temperature and the strength of the cellular signal.

However, what we can tell you is the correct way to charge your phone, courtesy of the tips shared by Google. This is what Google says about charging your phone and the best possible way to do it in an attempt to improve battery life.

#1. Use the charger that comes with your phone. Google says that another charger can charge slowly, nothing at all, or damage your device or battery.

#2. There is a saying that when you get a new phone, you must calibrate the battery. Google says it's garbage. "It is not necessary to teach your device the capacity of the battery when going from fully charged to completely exhausted," says the company.

#3. You must keep your phone great. Heat is an enemy of the battery. Drains the battery faster and absorbs your life. Therefore, according to Google, avoid situations in which your device may overheat. "The battery will drain much faster when it is hot, even if you are not using it, and this can even damage your battery. Please note that your device gets hot when plugged in, therefore, try not to follow its loading time, "says the company. To add to this, we believe that this advice is particularly important in places like Delhi, where in summer the ambient temperature can reach 40 degrees if it is not in an air-cooled environment.

#4. Try to keep the battery half full. Or, as Google says, "to get the best battery life, try to keep your battery charged more than 50 percent as much as possible." And in Guru Google, we trust!

#5. The doctors must have told him that bingeing is bad. And so are the pangs of hunger. Apparently, it's also true for smartphones. This means that, regularly, you should give your phone a battery charge the size of a bite. "The small charges throughout the day are the best for the health of the battery, the life of the battery can be affected if it is loaded from zero to full and then drained completely on a regular basis," says Google.

#6. At the moment we have to store the phone for a prolonged period. In such cases, Google believes that the phone should be stored with the battery half full.

The only acceptable reason to use the launcher is that when the stock launcher is not good and slows down, then this may be the case if you have been called by Chinese or Indian companies such as Gioni and Carbon etc. On some occasions, these companies have not been optimized enough by putting them in their phones and in that case, using a third-party launcher is a good idea.

But be careful if you are going to use a third-party launcher. Do not go over the bridge and just stick to a launcher. If you do not like the person you are using, then uninstall it before installing it.

Apps like Facebook collect and store a lot of data in your cache. For some time, this could start the hardware of heavy phones. If you look at apps that are frequently crashing and especially slow, clear their cache and archived data. To clear the cache, go to Settings> Apps. Once you clear the cache, you may have to log in to the said application again and you will lose data stored by these apps (like WhatsApp Images) on your phone. Within the IT department, it's easy to hear that "have you tried to close it"? The reason is that it often works. It's different from clearing the application's cache. This is also an option which we recommend that you try only when you have finished the other options. By clearing the system-wide cache, you can refresh the entire phone. To do this, you have to go into recovery mode, which is the most time difference for different phones. But usually, some buttons in it - volume and power - are pressed into a special method. Once you enter the recovery mode, go to wipe the cache partition option and erase it. This will remove temporary system files and junk, which you have submitted.

Factory reset is a good solution for a phone that has been unbearably slow, it also means that you have to re-install all your apps and then have to set the entire phone. You can reset a phone by navigating to Settings> Backup & reset.

10 tips to improve the battery life of your phone

While smartphones are boasting about mankind, it is an aspect of this technological miracle that still wants us more. This is a smartphone's battery life.

Although technological progress has ensured the smartphone that today's bigger and better battery can be taken, there are only a few phones that you call good-enough' in this department. There is still a truckload of smartphones in the market, which has only satisfactory battery life.
They said that there are many ways to improve your phone's battery life and squeeze enough juice so that it can stay longer than you expected. Here are 10 tips and tips to help you increase your smartphone's battery life:

Reduce your phone's screen brightness/set it automatically.

Screen Brightness.

According to the environment, allow your phone to automatically decide its optimal screen brightness. If you want manual control over your glow, then it is advisable that you set it closer to 50 percent instead of keeping it full. There are lots of powers in your smartphone's bright and vibrant display, so keeping a check on this should improve battery life significantly.

Turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when you do not need them.

Turn Of When Nor In Use.

It is common for users to keep their Bluetooth and/or Wi-Fi far more than they require. Sometimes, you share a file via Bluetooth and then forget to turn it off. For Wi-Fi, it is open to many users to find available connections and connect accordingly. An open Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are important to power drainers on your phone because they constantly work to detect nearby signals. Plus, these open unnecessary risks to your smartphone privacy/security too.

Keep a check on your location / GPS tracking

Like your Bluetooth and Wi-Fi functions, the location tracking feature that tracks your location using radio waves and satellites (Google Maps is an example) removes the battery of your phone to a great extent. It is recommended that you keep it only when you need navigation, and keep it closed at all other times (check its battery along with your mobile data).

Keep your screen timeout low.

Screen Time-Out.

Screen timeout is the time when your smartphone automatically goes into sleep mode in the absence of any activity (swipe or tap). Keep your phone's screen time short. After all, when you do not need it, then keeping your display is the real waste of battery juice.

Turn off notifications from unnecessary apps.

Turn Off Unnecessary Notifications.

Although it's a good idea to get notifications from useful apps (like news and email, etc.), most apps send random notifications today which are not really necessary. For example, notifications from games like Asphalt that tell you to play that you have been away from the race track for a while. Seriously, do you really need it?

Also, it is recommended that companies stop for the notification (normally) to save your battery juice because the vibration is drained in its significant amount.

Multitasking is good, but when you work with them, close apps.

Close Apps.

With more RAM memory being on-board with more and more phones, multi-activity is what you walk in the park for most handsets. While multi-functioning is good, it's also a battery hog. When closing all the unnecessary apps to free up your RAM, keep useful applications in the background (which you will usually open) and keep your battery life in check. You can always open an app when you need it.

Avoid using Flash while taking photos.

The smartphone includes an LED flash with cameras today (some people also include a flash for the front camera). While LED flash is an easy resource in low light, it is also a major battery corrugated. Use it only when you need it, and use it wisely.
Do not let your phone get hot unnecessarily
Today we are getting phones that have powerful hardware inside the sleek frame. Therefore, heating of most of these handsets is a common occurrence. Heating takes the extra toll on your device's battery life. While you can not fully control what's happening inside your smartphone, you can at least keep an investigation on the environment of your phone. This means, to avoid having your smartphone in direct sunlight or even in your pocket for that matter (especially during the summer season)

Do not wait to fully discharge your phone before charging.

Charge Phone at the Right time

Many users feel that it is wise to completely remove the battery before charging it fresh. Well, it's time to smell the coffee in that case. Most phones come with lithium-ion batteries and in the case of Li-ion batteries, removing them completely before charging them may reduce your battery life or in some cases damage them. It is advisable that you should sometimes charge your phone instead of waiting for it to exit.
